This safe and reliable supercar was manufactured using the most advanced materials. For the protection of the "F1" passengers and for better speed performance McLaren chose carbon for monocoque and body structure. McLaren F1 is an understanding car - acts as the driver wishes - accelerates very quick, breaks taintless, without difficulty defeats tricky turns. A low centre of gravity helps a lot For the vehicle performance and usability. The central driving position is hard to get into, but causes perfect weight distribution and the driver with optimal viewing capabilities of the road. Sitting in the centre the driver may fell unusually the same as in Formula 1. Auto control devices are assembled clearly and precisely, even i would say simply. Inexorable McLaren F1 performance determines impressive BMW S70/2, 627 horsepower engine made of magnesium, aluminum and carbon fiber able to deliver a good mid range torque. This million-dollar supercar accelerates from 0 to 100 km/h in just 3.2 sec and has the top speed of 391 km/h. After the "Start" button is pressed the 6.1 Litre V12 engine begins to roar, causing some difficulties to communicate inside the car. Records.
